Dear Sir/Madam, Further to our letter dated 2nd August, 2023, and in terms of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors at its meeting held today i.e. 9th August, 2023 has taken the following decisions: The Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company has been scheduled to be held on Thursday, 21st Day of September, 2023 at 12:00 Noon via Video Conferencing (VC)/ Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM). This is to inform you that the Register of Members shall remain closed for the period from September 15, 2023 to September 21, 2023 for the purpose of the 37th AGM of the Company to be held on September 21, 2023. Further the record date for determining the eligible members to cast their vote through e-voting has been fixed on September 14, 2023. Kindly take the same on record. (As Per BSE Announcement Dated on 09.08.2023) Pursuant to Regulation 30 and 47 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, please find enclosed herewith copies of newspaper advertisements dated 26th August, 2023 published in Business Standard (English Language- All Editions) and Ekdin (Bengali Language- Kolkata Edition), in respect of Notice of the 37th Annual General Meeting of the Company scheduled to be held on Thursday, 21st September, 2023 at 12:00 Noon (IST) through Video Conferencing (VC)/ Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM) facility.
