(As per BSE Announcement Dated on 26/09/2023) Pursuant to regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2015 (SEBI Listing regulations), we wish to inform you that at the 29th Annual General Meeting(AGM) held on Tuesday, September 26, 2023, Mr. Narain Nanik Hingorani (DIN: 00275453), Managing Director has been reappointed as a Managing Director for a term of Five Years commencing from April 1, 2023 till March 31, 2028. We request you to take the above on your records and acknowledge the receipt of the same. (As Per BSE Announcement Dated on 27/09/2023)
