Petrochemicals, Vadodara- 391 346. Please find enclosed herewith the Notice of the 47th Annual General Meeting of the Company. Pursuant to Regulation 34 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we submit herewith the Annual Report of the Company for the Financial Year 2022-2023 along with the Notice convening the 47th Annual General Meeting will be held on Wednesday, June 21, 2023 at the Registered office of the Company situated at Plot No. 13, PCC Area, P.O.
