The Board of Directors of the Company, at its meeting held today, has decided that the 15th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company will be held on Thursday, June 29, 2023, through video conferencing (VC) or other audio-visual means (OAVM). Regulation 42 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), Regulations, 2015 - Record date the record date for the purpose of remote e-voting process for Annual General Meeting and for determining the eligibility of the equity shareholders for the final dividend will be Thursday, June 22, 2023 (As Per BSE Announcement Dated on 31.05.2023) Proceedings of the Annual General Meeting held on June 29, 2023. (As per BSE Announcement Dated on 29/06/2023)
