Approved the Standalone and Consolidated Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2023. b. Recommended a final dividend of Rs. 9/- (Rupees Nine only) per equity share of Rs. 5/- each fully paid up for the financial year ended March 31, 2023. c. Decided to convene the 21st (Twenty-first) Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Thursday August 24, 2023. Please find enclosed herewith a summary of the proceedings of the 21st Annual General Meeting of the Company and the Chairmans Speech as delivered at the AGM. We are enclosing herewith the details of the voting results and scrutinizer report of the business transacted at the Annual General Meeting of the Company.
