AGM 26/09/2023 We enclose herewith Proceedings of 50th Annual General Meeting of the Members of the Company held today i.e. Tuesday, 26th September, 2023. In accordance with Reg.44(3) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, we are enclosing herewith Voting Result of 50th AGM of the Company held today i.e. Tuesday, the 26.09.2023 in the prescribed format along with the Scrutinizers Report dated 26.09.2023. This is to inform you that at the 50th Annual General Meeting of the Company held today i.e. Tuesday, 26.09.2023, the Members have approved the alteration to the Memorandum and Articles of Association of the Company.
