We are enclosing herewith Newspaper Advertisement published on 08-08-2023 in the Newspaper Free Press Journal (English) and Nav-Shakti (Marathi) for the notice of the 119th Annual General Meeting of the Company (As Per BSE Announcement dated on 08.08.2023) Summary of the proceeding of the 119th AGM of Hindoostan Mills Limited held on September 05, 2023 through Video Conference on the platform of NSDL. (As Per BSE Announcement Dated on 05.09.2023) 119th AGM of Hindoostan Mills Limited was held on September 05, 2023. Pursuant to Companies Act, 2013 and SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, we have received the consolidated scrutinizers report on remote e-voting and e-voting at the AGM, which is enclosed herewith.
