Pursuant to Regulation 30 and 47 of the Listing Regulations and in compliance with all applicable circulars issued by Ministry and Corporate Affairs and Securities and Exchanges Board of India in this regard, please find enclosed newspaper clippings of the public notice to the shareholders published today on July 29, 2023, intimating completion of dispatch of the Notice of the 16th Annual General Meeting of the Company together with the Annual Report of the Company for the FY 2022-23 via emails, in newspapers, details of which are enclosed herewith (As Per BSE Announcement Dated on 29.07.2023) Proceedings of the 16th Annual General Meeting of 360 ONE WAM LIMITED held on Monday, August 21, 2023 at 03.00 PM IST through Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM), without the physical presence of the members at a common venue.
