AGM 29/09/2023 In furtherance to our earlier intimation dated september 4th 2023, we wish to inform you that, the Company has fixed: (a) Book Closure Period from Tuesday September 26, 2023 to Friday September 29, 2023 (both days inclusive) for closure of register of Members and Share transfer Books of the Company for annual closing purpose. (b) Friday September 22, 2023 as cut off date for derterming members eligible to vote at the AGM and to attend the AGM. (As Per BSE Announcement dated on 04.09.2023) We enclosed herewith (a) summary of proceedings of the 17th AGM; and (b) outcome of 17th AGM. For more details, please refer attachment.
