(As Per BSE Announcement dated on 08.09.2023) the 65th agm of the members of the company was held as on Saturday 30th September, 2023 at 11.00 am through video conferencing/other audio visual means in compliance with the circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and SEBI. In accordance with Regulation 30(6) read with Part A of schedule III and SEBI (LODR) Reg 2015 as amended the proceedings of the AGM are enclosed. (As per BSE Announcement Dated on 30/09/2023)
