Outcome of AGM held on Friday, September 29, 2023 (As Per BSE Announcement dated on 29.09.2023) Please find enclosed herewith the Voting Results of the business transacted at the 50th Annual General Meeting of the Company held on Friday, September 29, 2023 at the Registered Office of the Company at Falta SEZ, Sector II, Near Pump House No 3, Village & Mouza-Akalmegh, South 24 Parganas- 743504 under Regulation 44(3) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (As Per BSE Announcement dated on 03.10.2023)
