Pursuant to Regulations 30 & 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors in its meeting held on today i.e. 4th February 2022 has inter alia considered and approved the following: Declared an Interim Dividend of Rs. 4/- (Rupees Four Only) per Equity Share of Face Value Rs.10/- each for the Financial Year 2021-222. Fixed 16th February 2022 (Wednesday) as the Record Date to determine the names of the equity shareholders, who shall be entitled to receive the above said Interim Dividend. The payment of the Interim Dividend shall be made to the eligible shareholders before 5th March 2022.

Pursuant to Regulations 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors in its meeting held on today i.e. 4th June 2021 has recommended Final Dividend of Rs 2/- per shares (i.e. 20 % on the face value of Rs 10/- each share) for the financial year 2020-21, the same will be paid upon declaration by the shareholders in the 34th Annual General Meeting of the Company. Record date for payment of dividend shall be communicated in due course.
