The advertisement appeared in Business Standard in (English language) and Business Standard in (Hindi language). Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2015 (Listing Regulations) read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III of the Listing Regulations, Please find enclosed herewith summary of proceedings of the 44th AGM of the Company held on Thursday, August 31, 2023 at 3:30 P.M. (IST), through Video Conference (VC)/ Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM). The detailed results of e-Voting (both for remote e-Voting and Voting at AGM) along with Scrutinizer report shall be intimated separately. Pursuant to Regulation 44(3) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2015 please find enclosed herewith Voting results of the 44th AGM held on Thursday, August 31, 2023 through Video Conferencing/Other Audio Visual Means (VC/OAVM) along with Scrutinizer Report dated August 31, 2023 pursuant to Companies Act, 2013 and Rules made thereunder.
