This is to inform you that 57th Annual General Meeting of the Company is to be held on Monday July 31, 2023 at 12:30 P.M. This is to further inform you that pursuant to Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain close from Saturday July 22, 2023 till Monday July 31, 2023 (both days inclusive) in connection with the Annual General Meeting and for the purpose of payment of final divided. Newspaper Publication for holding of 57th Annual General Meeting (AGM) through Video Conferencing/Audio Visual Means (OAVM). Proceedings of the 57th Annual General Meeting held on July 31, 2023 at 12:30 p.m. (As Per BSE Announcement dated on 31.07.2023) Please find attached herewith Voting results and Scrutinizer Report for the 57th AGM. The Shareholders at 57th AGM has approved the appointment of M/s. Price waterhouse Chartered Accountants LLP as Statutory auditors for the term of initial 5 years. (As Per BSE Announcement Dated on 02.08.2023)
