Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI(Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), Regulations, 2015, we are submitting herewith the Proceedings of the 41st Annual General Meeting of the Company held on Saturday, 23rd September, 2023 at 4:00 P.M. at 50 MIG Bungalow, W Block, Keshav Nagar, Kanpur-208014. (As per BSE Announcement Dated on 23/09/2023) We are submitting herewith the Voting Results under Regulation 44(3) of SEBI(Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 along with the Scrutinizers Report on the E-voting and voting by ballot at the 41st Annual General Meeting of the Company held on Saturday, 23rd September, 2023 at 4:00 PM at 50 MIG Bungalow, W Block, Keshav Nagar, Kanpur-208014.
