AGM 27/09/2023 We wish to inform that pursuant to regulation 42 of SEBI (listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 the company has fixed Wednesday, September 20, 2023 as Record Date for 40th Annual General Meeting of the company. (As Per BSE Announcement Dated on 04/09/2023) This is to inform that the 40th Annual General Meeting of the Company was held today i.e. 27th September 2023 at 10:30 A.M through video conferencing for the business mentioned in the notice of the Annual General Meeting dated 11th August 2023. In this regard, please find enclosed a summary of proceedings of the 40th Annual General Meeting. (As Per BSE Announcement Dated on 27/09/2023) We are enclosing herewith the voting results of the Annual General Meeting of the Company held on 27th September, 2023 as required under Regulation 44 of the SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015, along with the Consolidated Report of the Scrutinizer on the remote e-voting and e-voting at the AGM dated 27th September 2023. (As Per BSE Announcement Dated on 29/09/2023)
