Notice of Book Closure for 29th Annual General Meeting of the Company, to be held on 28th August 2023. Share transfer Books and Register of Members of the Company will remain close from 22nd August to 28th August 2023. Further payment of dividend, which is recommended at Rs. 5/- per share for Fy 22-23, if declared, will be paid to those members whose names are in Companys Register of Members and to those beneficial owners as provided by the Depositories as at the close of business on Monday, 21st August, 2023. In terms of Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) 2015 read with Part A of Schedule III (as amended) we enclose herewith the summary of proceedings of the 29th AGM of the Company held on Monday, 28th August, 2023 at 11:00 am through VC/OAVM. We enclose herewith the MDs Speech at the 29th AGM of the Company held on Monday, 28th August, 2023.
