LLOYDS STEELS INDUSTRIES LIMITED has informed BSE about Notice of Shareholders Meeting for Annual General Meeting. Pursuant to the Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR), attached herewith is the Notice of 29th AGM scheduled to be held on 24th July, 2023. Pursuant to Regulation 34(1) of Securities Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (SEBI Listing Regulations), we are submitting herewith the Annual Report of the Company along with the Notice of AGM for the financial year 2022-23.
