With reference to your mail, we wish to state that there was no intentional motive for the delay in submitting the proceedings of the Annual General Meeting held on 28th September, 2023. Further we would like to clarify that the Company inadvertently missed to submit the proceedings of the Annual General Meeting within 12 hours, As this was the first instance, kindly excuse us. In the future, we will take care of the time limit while submitting the announcements. (As Per BSE Announcement dated on 10.04.2024)
