The 35th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company is scheduled to be held on Friday, September 15, 2023 through video conferencing mode/other audio visual means. Intimation of Thirty Fifth Annual General Meeting, Book Closure and Record Date pursuant to Regulation 30, 42 and 44 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (LODR) 2015 (As per BSE Announcement Dated on 25/08/2023) Proceedings of the 35th Annual General Meeting of the Company held on September 25, 2023.
