Pursuant to Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from Friday, September 22, 2023 to Friday, September 29, 2023 (both Inclusive) for the purpose of 28th Annual General Meeting of the company to be held on 29th September, 2023. (As per BSE Announcement Dated on 09/09/2023) Proceeding of the 28th AGM of the Shareholders of the company was held on Friday, September 29, 2023 at 4.00 P.M. at registered office of the Company. (As Per BSE Announcement dated on 29.09.2023)
