Please find attached herewith Annual Report (F.Y. 2022-23) of the Company. (As Per BSE Announcement Dated on 05/09/2023) Please find enclosed herewith copy of summary of proceedings of 13th AGM of the Company held on Wednesday, 27th September, 2023 at 10:30 a.m. through VC/OAVM. This is to inform you that the Members of the Company in their 13th AGM held on Wednesday, 27th September, 2023, have approved the appointment of Ms. Soumya Jain (DIN: 10254459) as an Executive Director of the Company for a term of consecutive 5 years starting from 02.08.2023. This is to inform you that Mr. B.K. Choudhary (DIN: 00307110), Non-Executive Director of the Company, who was liable to retire by rotation, does not seek re-appointment at this AGM. Accordingly, he ceased to hold office as a Director at the conclusion of 13th AGM of the Company held on 27th September, 2023. (As per BSE Announcement Dated on 27/09/2023)
