This is to inform you that the Thirty- Eight Annual General Meeting (38th AGM) of the Company will be held on Friday, September 22, 2023 at 12:30 P.M. through Video Conference / Other Audio-Visual Means (VC/OAVM). the Notice of 38th Annual General Meeting and Annual Report of the Company for FY 2022-23 We wish to inform that the 38th AGM of the Members of the Company is scheduled to be held on Friday, September 22, 2023 at 12.30 p.m. (IST) through Video Conferencing (VC)/ other Audio-Video Means (OVAM) (As Per BSE Announcement Dated on 29/08/2023) As per requirement of regulation 44 (3) of SEBI LODR 2015, please find details of voting results of the 38th AGM of the Company held Friday, September 22, 2023 which commenced from at 12:30 and concluded at 1:05 p.m. through Video Conferencing/Other Audio-Visual Means. Consolidated Scrutinizers report received from JMJA & Associates LLP, Practising Company Secretary on remote e-voting at the AGM are also enclosed herewith for your consideration.
