Wheels India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on May 18, 2023 inter-alia, has recommended a dividend of Rs.3.97/- (39.70%) per equity share of Rs.10/- each for the year ended March 31, 2023, subject to approval of the members of the Company at the ensuing 64th AGM. The dividend, if approved by the members, shall be paid on or before August 17, 2023. Wheels India Ltd has submitted to BSE a copy of Procedings of 64th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on July 19, 2023 and Chairman Speech. Wheels India Ltd has informed BSE regarding the details of Voting results at the 64th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on July 19, 2023, under Regulation 44(3) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 along with Scrutinizers Report. (As Per BSE Announcement Dated on 20/07/2023)
