Public issue of 40,00,000 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each at a price of Rs. 74 per equity share (including a premiumof Rs. 64 per equity share) for cash aggregating upto Rs. 29.60 crores (The Issue), by Indo Thai Securities Limited (The Company or The Issuer). The issue will constitute 40.00% of the fully diluted post issue paid up capital of the company. Issue price: Rs. 74 per equity share of face value of Rs. 10 each. The issue price is 7.4 times of the face value.
