Public issue of 30,12,000 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each for cash at an issue price of Rs. 75/- per equity share inclusive of premium aggregating to Rs. 22.59 crores. The face value of the equity shares is Rs. 10/- per equity share and the issue price is 7.5 times of the face value. The issue would constitute 25.90% of the fully diluted post issue paid up capital of Lumax Auto Technologies Limited.
