Public issue of 6410257 Equity Shares of Rs.10/- each at a price of Rs.39 per Equity share for cash aggregating Rs.25.00 Crores (Hereinafter referred to asthe Issue), including employee reservation of 641026 Equity shares of face value of Rs.10/- each at a price of Rs.39 per Equity Share for cash aggregating Rs.2.50 Crores (Hereinafter referred to asthe Employee Reservation Portion).
