Public issue of 12,500,000 equity shares of Rs. 10 each of Microsec Financial Services Limited (The Company or The Issuer or MFSL) for cash at a price of Rs. 118/- per equity share (including a share premium of Rs. 108/- per equity share) aggregating to Rs. 147.50 crores (The Issue).
