The company will conduct Annual General Meeting for the F.Y- ending 31.03.2021 and 31.03.2022 In terms of Regulation 42 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we write to inform you that the Register of Members of Balasore Alloys Limited will remain closed from Thursday, 25 May, 2023 to Sunday, 28t May, 2023(both days inclusive) for the purpose of the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company and also for determining eligibility of dividend. The book Closure date for the Annual General Meeting for the for the FY- 31.03.2021 and 31.03.2022 will be from 25th May 2023- 28th May 2023 (both the days inclusive) NEWSPAPER PUBLICATION FOR 33RD AND 34TH ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING RESPECTIVELY TO BE HELD ON 29 MAY, 2023.
