AGM 20/09/2023 Advertisement published in the newspapers, Financial Express - English Edition and Jansatta - Hindi Edition, both dated August 29, 2023, w.r.t. 41st AGM, e-voting and Book Closure Dates. (As Per BSE Announcement Dated on 29/08/2023) This is to inform that the 41st Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company was held today i.e. Wednesday, September 20, 2023 at 12:00 p.m. (IST) through Video Conferencing/Other Audio Visual Means in compliance with the applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and the relevant circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and the Securities and Exchange Board of India. The AGM was concluded at 12:48 p.m. (IST). In this regard, please find enclosed summary proceedings of the AGM as required under Regulation 30 read with Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 . (As Per BSE Announcement dated on 20.09.2023) In respect of the 41st Annual General Meeting of the Company held on Wednesday, September 20, 2023 which was commenced at 12:00 p.m. (IST) and concluded at 12:48 p.m.(IST), please find enclosed the following: (a) Voting results in terms of Regulation 44(3) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015; and (b) Report of the Scrutinizer dated September 21, 2023, pursuant to the provisions of Section 108 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with Rule 20(4)(xvi) of the Companies ( Management and Administration) Rules, 2014.
