The 29h Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Friday, June 30, 2023 at the registered office of the company. The Register of Members will be closed from Saturday, June 24, 2023 to Friday, June 30, 2023 (both days inclusive). The meeting of the Board of Directors of the company commenced at 12.35 p.m. & concluded at 2.30 p.m. You are kindly requested to take the same on record. Kindly note that the Company has fixed Friday, June 23, 2023 as the Record Date for the purpose of AGM. You are kindly requested to take the same on record and display the same on the website of your Stock Exchange.
