Submission of the proceeding of the 47th Annual General Meeting held on Tuesday, the 26th September, 2023 (As per BSE Announcement Dated on 26/09/2023) We are hereby submitting disclosures for re-appointment of Shri Ashok Jain (DIN: 00007813) as a Chairman & Managing Director of the Company, approved by the Members of the Company in their 47th Annual General Meeting held on 26th September, 2023. We are pleased to inform that the Members of the Company at their 47th Annual General Meeting held on Tuesday, the 26th September, 2023 has approved for payment of dividend @ Rs. 4.50 (45%) on the 49,27,000 equity shares. of Rs. 10/- each.
