Unaudited Financial Results (standalone and consolidated) of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2023 alongwith the Limited Review Report carried out by the Statutory Auditors of the Company. 2. To convene 40th Annual General Meeting on Tuesday, September 26, 2023. 3. Closure of Register of Members & Share Transfer Books from 21.09.2023 to 26.09.2023 (both days inclusive). The aforesaid meeting of the Board of Directors commenced at 3.30 p.m. and concluded at 4.15 p.m. Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, please find enclosed copy of newspaper advertisement in respect of information regarding Notice of 40th Annual General Meeting scheduled to be held on Tuesday, September 26, 2023 through Video Conference/Other Audio-Visual Means and remote e-voting published in Free Press Journal in English on August 25, 2023. (As Per BSE Announcement Dated on 25/08/2023) In terms of Regulation 44 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, please find enclosed the result of the voting conducted through remote e-voting from Thursday, September 21, 2023 to Monday, September 25, 2023 and e-voting conducted during the 40th Annual General Meeting of Ironwood Education Limited held on Tuesday, September 26, 2023 alongwith report of Scrutinizer (As Per BSE Announcement Dated on 27/09/2023)
