Recommendation of dividend @ Rs. 95 /- (Rupees Ninety-Five only) per Equity share of face value Rs. 10/- each for the financial year ended on March 31, 2023 to be approved by the shareholders at the Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held on August 11, 2023. The said dividend, if declared at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company shall be paid on August 25, 2023. The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of Honeywell Automation India Limited (the Company) will remain closed from Friday, August 4, 2023 to Thursday, August 10, 2023 (both days inclusive). Please note that the 39th Annual General Meeting of the Company is scheduled to be held on Thursday, August 10, 2023 at 4:00 pm IST via video conferencing / Other Audio Visual means.
