The 50th Annual General Meeting of the members of the Company will be held on Thursday, August 10 2023, at 3:00 P.M. (IST) through Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM), to transact the business as set out in the Notice of the AGM. The Notice of the AGM and Annual Report for the FY 2022-23 will be shared in due course. The 50th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Shareholders of the Company will be held on Thursday, August 10, 2023 at 3.00 p.n. (IST) through Video Conferencing (VC) / other Audio Visual Means (OAVM). The Notice convening the AGM forms part of the Annual Report, which is enclosed herewith.
