Notice of 77th Annual General Meeting of Premier Limited (In CIRP) We wish to inform that the 77th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company is scheduled to be held on Saturday, September 30, 2023 at 12.30 P.M IST through video conferencing or other audiovisual means (VC/ OAVM) Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirement) Regulations, 2015, please find enclosed Notice of 77th Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held on September 30, 2023. The Register of Members and the Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed on Sunday, the 24th September, 2023 to Saturday, the 30th September, 2023 (Both days Inclusive) for the purpose of Annual General Meeting Please find enclosed the following: 1) Voting results of the business transacted at the AGM, as required under Regulation 44(3) of the Listing Regulations; 2) The Scrutinizers Report dated October 2nd, 2023, pursuant to Section 108 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with Rule 20 of the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014, each as amended. The Voting Results along with the scrutinizers Report will also be available on the website of IPE, i.e. www.sunresolution.in and stock exchanges. Request you to take the note of the same.
