(As Per BSE Announcement Dated on 28.06.2023) Submission of paper cutting of advertisement after completion of despatch of Notice to Members and Annual Report 2022-23 to the shareholders of the company under Regulation 47 of SEBI (LODR) Regulation 2015. (As Per BSE Announcement Dated on 04.07.2023) Submission of AGM Proceedings and Scrutinizers Report on 35th Annual General Meeting of the Company. (As per BSE Announcement Dated on 26/07/2023)
