Pursuant to the provisions of the Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform you that the Board of Directors of Raghuvir Synthetics Limited conducted their meeting today i.e. Thursday, 31st August, 2023, which commenced at 2.00 P.M. and concluded at 03:10 P.M. at the Registered Office of the Company situated at Rakhial Road, Rakhial, Ahmedabad-380023, Gujarat. The Board of Directors has inter alia transacted the business as per the attached Outcome. Please find enclosed herewith Notice of the 41st AGM and Annual Report for the FY 2022-23 of Raghuvir Synthetics Limited. AGM of the Company is scheduled to be held on Thursday, 28th September, 2023 at 12:00 PM at the Registered Office of the Company.
