Pursuant to Section 91 of the Companies Act, 2013 and Regulation 42 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from Friday 25th August, 2023 to Thursday 31st August, 2023 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of 76th AGM of the Company for the Financial year 2022-23. Pursuant to Regulation 30, Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and other applicable provisions, we enclose the summary of proceedings of the 76th AGM of the Company, held on Thursday, 31st August, 2023 at 11: 00 A.M. (IST) as Annexure - I. Pursuant to Regulation 44(3) of the SEBI Listing Regulations, we submit herewith the Voting Results along with the Consolidated Scrutinizers Report, marked as Annexure - II. (As per BSE Announcement Dated on 31/08/2023)
