Please find enclosed a copy of Newspaper Advertisement published in financial Express (All India Edition) and Makkal Kural (Regional Newspaper), both newspaper having electronic editions, in terms of Circular No. 20/2020 dated May 05, 2020 issued by Ministry of Corporate Affairs, inter alia, intimating the members that 25th Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held on Thursday August 10, 2023 through VC/OAVM facility. (As Per BSE Announcement dated on 16.07.2023) Newspaper publication for e-Voting and Book Closure pursuant to Section 92 and 108 of Companies act (as amended) and Regulation 42 and 44 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations , 2015 (As Per BSE Announcement dated on 19.07.2023) Proceeding of 25th Annual General Meeting of the Company Amendment for Alteration of Object Clause in the Memorandum of Association (As per BSE Announcement Dated on 10/08/2023)
