Public issue of 6,944,444 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each of Ashoka Buildcon Limited (ABL or the company or the issuer) for cash at a price of Rs. 324 per equity share (including a share premium of Rs. 314 per equity share) aggregating Rs. 225.00 Crores (the issue). The issue includes a reservation of up to 34,722 equity shares of Rs. 10 each for the eligible employees (The Employee Reservation Portion). The issue less the employee reservation portion is referred to as the Net Issue. The issue will constitute 13.2% of the post issue paid up capital of the company and the net issue will constitute 13.1% of the post issue paid up Capital of the company.
