Public Issue of 44,21,000 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each for cash at a premium of Rs.25 per share (i.e. at a price of Rs.35 per share) aggregating Rs. 15.47 crores. The face value of the equity shares is Rs. 10/- per equity share and the issue price of Rs. 35 per eqquity share is 3.5 times of the face value. The issue would constitute 39.03 % of the fully diluted post issue paid up capital of Dynemic Products Ltd.
