Public issue of 85,00,000 equity shares of the face value of Rs. 10/- each for cash at a price of Rs.60/-per equity share (including share premium of Rs.50/- per equity share) aggregating Rs.51.00 Crores, (hereinafter referred to as the issue). The issue comprises a reservation for eligible employees of upto 4,75,000 equity shares of Rs.10 each (the employee reservation portion) and the net issue to the public of 80,25,000 equity shares of rs.10/- each. (the net issue) the issue would constitute 43.35% of the fully diluted post issue paid-up capital of the company. The net issue to the public would constitute 40.93% of the fully diluted post issue paid up capital of the company.
