Public issue of 1,25,23,337 equity shares through 100% book building process of face value of Rs.10 each for cash at a price of Rs.30/- aggregating Rs.37.57 Crores (herein after referred to as the issue). The issue comprises of promoters contribution of 10,00,000 equity shares aggregating Rs.3.00 Crore (herein after referred to as promoters contribution And the net issue to the public of 1,15,23,337 equity shares aggregating Rs.34.57 Crores (herein after referred to as the net issue). The issue would constitute 69.98 % of the fully diluted post issue paid-up capital of Pochiraju Industries Limited Issue Price Rs.30/- per equity share of face value of Rs.10 each.
