Public issue of 55,00,000 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each of Taksheel Solutions Limited (The Company or The Issuer) for cash at a price of Rs. 150/- per equity share (including a share premium of Rs. 140/- per equity share) aggregating to Rs. 82.50 crores (The Issue). The issue will constitute 25.17% of the fully diluted post issue paid-up capital of the company. Issue price: Rs. 150/- per equity share of face value of Rs. 10/- each.
