Public issue of upto 8,432,189 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each (Equity Shares) of Tree House Education & Accessories Limited (The Company or The Issuer) for cash at a price of Rs. 135 per equity share including a share premium of Rs. 125 per equity share, aggregating upto Rs. 112.06~ crores (The Issue). The issue shall constitute 25.01% of the fully diluted post-issue paid up capital of the company. Issue price : Rs. 135 per equity share of face value of Rs. 10 each. The issue price is 13.5 times the face value. ~Issue Size is net of Retail Discount.
