Public issue of 35,68,700 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each (Equity Shares) issued for cash at a premium of Rs. 5/- per equity share i.e. at a price of Rs. 15/- per equity share aggregating to Rs. 5.35 crores (The Issue) by Jointeca Education Solutions Limited (The Company or The Issue) of which, 5,04,000 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each will be reserved for subscription by market makers to the issue (The Market Maker Reservation Portion). The issue less the market maker reservation portion i.e. issue of 30,64,700 equity shares of Rs. 10 each is hereinafter referred to as the Net Issue. The face value of the share is Rs. 10/- each and the issue price is 1.5 times of the face value. The issue and the net issue to the public would constitute 35.69% and 30.65%, respectively of the post issue paid up equity share capital of the company.
