Efforts in looking for an alternative use of the resources of the company have been pursued from time to time. However no viable option has emerged yet. In compliance with Listing Acres with Stock Exchange(s), where the Equity shares of the Company are listed, the Code of Corporate Governance has been implemented during 1he financial year 2002-03.
