Public Issue of 70,00,000 equity shares of Rs. 10 each of Inventure Growth & Securities Limited (IGSL or The Company or The Issuer) for cash at a price of Rs. 117 per equity share (including a share premium of Rs. 107 per equity share) aggregating to Rs. 81.90 crores (The Issue). The Issue will constitute 33.33% of the fully diluted post issue paid up capital of the company. The issue price is Rs. 117 and is 11.7 times the face value of the equity share.
