Public issue of 83,00,000 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each for cash at a price of Rs. 130 per equity share (including a share premium of Rs. 120 per equity share) for cash aggregating Rs. 107.90 Crores (the issue). The issue of equity shares will constitute 25.06% of the fully diluted post issue paid-up capital of the company. Issue Price is Rs.130 per equity share of face value Rs.10/- The Issue price is 13 times of the face value.
